During my stay, I was impressed with the quick response and excellent solution proposed by the staff. When I requested to change my smoking room to a non-smoking room at the last minute, the hotel staff accommodated my request without any problem. They even offered me a better room when the third bed was not yet ready for my son. the hotel staff was very attentive and helpful, making our stay a comfortable one.

The place is surrounded by beautiful and serene nature. You can breathe fresh air and have a tranquil walk. the room has a nice comfortable bed and the bathroom is clean with a good water pressure shower. the staff offers excellent service, very responsive and accommodating to requests. Breakfast is delicious with varied choices and good coffee.

Location was great, close to many attractions and activities to do on Easter. Dinner and breakfast had a variety of options. the staff was fast when responding to issues and offered a good solution when the room wasn't ready.

The room was too small for our family and there was no space for our belongings. the bathroom had a terrible smell and it wasn't clean.

Our romantic escape was simply unforgettable! The food was amazing and we loved the local bread selection, although we missed having toast. The location was perfect for us, with stunning views of the mountains and easy access to hiking trails. But what we loved the most was the outstanding customer service provided by the staff. When we had a room issue, they quickly offered a solution and surprised us with an upgrade. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special.
